Absentee Property Owner letter 

Doug Weigle drafted the attached letter and sent to an absentee property owner next to his home in Lago Vista. This approach was successful and the absentee owner contacted Doug and indicated they wanted to be good neighbors and have the cedar mitigation work done. They had Doug supervise the work and the adjacent lot which contained a cedar thicket was cleaned up and many cedar trees were removed.
